Billing

Meters readings are performed on a quarterly basis. Check or Money Order are the only form of payment at this time.

Bills are issued in April, July, October and January.
The billing periods are:

1. January 1 through March 31             April bill
2. April 1 through June 30                      July bill
3. July 1 through September 30            October bill
4. October 1 through December 31     January bill

Bills are due upon delivery. Any bill not paid by the due date will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%. Services in arrears over 45 days are subject to termination without notice.

Anyone caught tampering with a meter is subject to a $50.00 fine.

Rates

Effective October 1, 2024

Water: $141.72 per quarter for the first 7,500 gallons used and $2.79 overage per thousand gallons used after.

Sewer: $252.49 per quarter
